network buffering

    My streams would be unstable according to twitch

    so recently I've been having a bit of a problem with my streams on my OBS when I would start it up my streams would be in the green but then twitch stream manager would say it's "unstable" and looking at the twitch inspector for a few mins at the start of stream it dose not show me any unstable...

    Having a good internet connection stream bitrate is low

    I have 75 mbps speed wifi connected to my pc through wired but when i start stream my stream bitrate in obs is 2000-4000 kbps. Previously I streamed on 9000 kbps. This problem started 5 days ago.

    There is a network buffer setting in OBS media source. I don't quite understand the function of the buffer. Who can answer it? thanks
