NVENC HEVC codec cannot be enabled at the same time as output scaling
I am using a GTX1070 with the latest version of the Nvidia graphics drivers. When I upgrade from the previous version of OBS (I don't remember which version) to the current version, I keep getting the error "Failed to open NVENC codec: Generic error in external library" when recording with OBS...- fmaire
