Can I have separate audio tracks WHILE streaming???

So, I stream some RP games, and sometimes I have to block my screen and mute my desktop audio so that my stream can't see what I'm doing for a few minutes... well when I mute my desktop audio, obviously my chat can't hear anything at all. I want to be able to just mute my game to my stream, but be able to like put some music on for my stream for them to listen to so it's not just silent. Is this possible at all? If not directly through OBS, is there any Third-Party software, or even Hardware I can buy to do this? I'm like desperate at this point.. I've heard of VoiceMeter, but I hear it's awful in terms of learning how to do all that, and isn't very user friendly.. PLEASE, if anyone has some info, I'd be forever in your debt.

If I understand your question correctly, you'd like to have one scene with the sound and vision of your game. And a second scene for mute: probably some graphics to avoid a completely black stream for several minutes and some background music.

In this case do not set your sound at Settings, Audio, Desktop Audio.
Instead: have the sound set up per scene by adding sound sources to it.

At the games scene: add an Audio Input Capture source for microphones, or an Audio Output Capture.
At the mute scene: add either a Media Source for mp3s, or a Browser source for something streaming from the internet (at Properties, check Control audio via OBS), etc.
