Capture Card trouble

i'm using a "USB 3.0 Capture HDMI 4K" capture card. I'm trying to record/stream from an anbernic handheld device, it was working previously and I was messing with settings and at some point it could no longer detect the "USB3.0 Video", its greyed out. I've tried changing devices to see if it was just that one device (no its not just the one device), I tried making sure obs could use cameras or what ever. I've essentially tried *everything* and I still don't know why I suddenly can no longer display my anbernic device onto OBS. Please help me? I don't know if I misclicked somewhere or what I just want to be able to stream to my friends on discord. And I know it still functions because of how the anbernic HDMI works (the one I use, the screen goes black but it still displays on the computer screen). It also won't detect the audio anymore either
