Choppy alerts when full screen capture

Hi guys,

I've been having this problem for the last couple of months and I can't find anything about it on the internet, so I was hoping someone is able to help me on this.

Whenever I have a full screen capture, either window or game, my alerts go choppy and high pitched. It's very weird because it only affects my alerts layer.

I use Voicemeeter to route my audio, but it goes on the same mixer as the rest of my game/windows audio.

For the alerts I use streamelements
