Hi! I stream via restream on youtube and twitch. I have slightly choppy stream on twitch and very choppy on youtube. I tried different setups but still couldn`t fix this issue so I ask for your help. Here are my specs: i5 11400f, rtx 3060 OC 12 gb (default factory OC), 32 RAM on 3200mhz (18-22-22-39), 750wt 80+ bronze psu, full hd 144hz monitor. I usually stream ea fc 25 and cs2 sometimes. Now I`m on fc 25. I run this on 1929x1080 16:9, 120 hz capped, 120 fps capped, Vsync ON. According to hwinfo average cpu usage is 70%, max 90%. Average core usage is 80% and max 140%. Max cpu utilization is 90%, average is 60, RAM is not more than 50% both virtual and physical, gpu core usage man is 91% and average 80%, gpu memory uage max is 45%, gpu D 3D usage max is 87%, overall gpu power max is 83% and average 58%. Average cpu temp is 50 and mx 63, gpu is 58 and max 63.VRM MOS mx temp is 79 and average 70.
I have win 11 pro 64 bit with latest updates, checked for viruses regularly, latest gpu driver also and almost latest bios.
I have gsync enabled though my monitor is not from the list with full gsync support. While streaming I use dual monitors with extend displays option in windows. My second monitor is 60hz. I have to mention once I tried to run same stream fully on 60hz - I made in game options 60hz and 60 fps capped and my main monitor to 60 hz. But it didn`t fix the choppy stream.
