Freshly installed OBS 31.0.3 cannot use VirtualCam after restart saying "Could not find the virtual camera system process" possible AMFI violation.

Just installed OBS today. The OBS VirtualCam plugin does not seem to launch. I tried the troubleshooting steps of confirming that there is not a conflicting/old plugin installed in `/Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL/` or in `/Library/Application Support/obs-studio/plugins/`. In fact there is not even a /Library/Application Support/obs-studio folder on my Mac at all. Could that be part of it?

I tried restarting my computer with no luck.

I did try re installing OBS from here for arm64. Curiously it that did make the virtual camera work. However on the next restart of my Mac the virtual camera failed with the same error.

Something must happen differently when the app is launched after the session that installed it?

So I did some investigation.
When I look in Console I see the following error:

I double checked permissions and a few other things

I then checked the bundle and entitlements with Apparency

Does not look like the plugin has any entitlements so I am not sure what the complaint from AMFI is complaining about.

Anyone else experiencing this?
