Thank you so much for this. It got it working. Actually, just the first part, integrated graphics got it working for me.
Ok so why does Nvidia cause so many problems? It messed up my linux when I was trying that out. It doesn't play so nice with OBS. I tend to see open source stuff. I know it's a licensing thing. I had no idea there were all these settings. I'm not a gamer so this is a new world. But anyway your link and choosing integrated graphics got it working for me so kudos.

That solution is NOT advised.
The issue is that Microsoft updated how GPU assignment is handled at the OS level in Win10 1903 and above. Here are instructions on how to properly fix the issue:
