OBS chat dock flickering different colors

i have an issue to where my chat dock on OBS is flickering to normal color to pink. i havent had this issue til i have updated to the newest version of obs

and this is what it looks like when it does happen. ive look thru like 6 pages thru the forms and i havent found anyone with this issue. any help would be great

update i pin pointed the issue. it was because discord was taking to much resources and they put out an update the fixed my issue.

ok i change driver will see i think is a driver problem Nvidea ?
