OBS video recording mp4 freezes after 20 minutes

Remaining video displays a still frame after that time on the mp4. Recording to an SSD. I am recording a ZOOM meeting I have joined. Kindly advise, Thank you.

Partially solved:- In OBS Tools Menu, I ran Auto-Configuration Menu, and accepted the Test settings. Worked for 2 days, and froze again after 10 minutes into a 4 hour long ZOOM recording.

Reduced Frame Rate to 30 fps. Will now test a 4 hour long video call to test if it freezes. I have an AMD RX 6600 GPU. Would
choosing 25fps PAL be better, as I come from a PAL land?.
