rtsp media source not working after mac os sequoia 15.4.1 upgrade

After updating to the latest version of MacOS, IP camera capture as rtsp media source quit working. Have used this setup without issue for years prior. Can connect to cameras and see video output via VLC, but both the preview pane and program pane are black. Window capture as source still works. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I am also no longer able to connect an IP camera as a media source. I can make it work on a Windows computer, but not on my Mac with the latest OBS and Mac updates. It's making me crazy, as I previously had 5 IP security and PTZ cameras working without issues. I hope someone has ideas, as I've tried every permutation of "rtsp://" URL possible with no luck. Maddening!
