Used to be able to record 240 or even up to 360 FPS.

Recently, I upgraded to Windows 11 because the Windows 10 was fully broken for me. But when I try to record 120 FPS for testing, it is laggy, it skipping frames a lot. Reverting back to Windows 10 not helping also, but when using Windows 11 that is installed on the other drive, it just weirdly able to record 240 FPS so stable. I don't want to switch to that drive either. Also both of the drives are optmized using the EXM Tweaks.

My PC Specs:
i5-9400F
GTX 1650
16 GB Ram DDR4 (2666 mhz)

Minecraft: Badlion client with motion blur BLC 3.0, lowest settings like everything. Yes, the game is very GPU-intensive when using with motion blur since it is kind of shader but used to record up to 360 FPS. This is still in fact a CPU-intensive game however.
