My problem is about the game-capture screen right after you open OBS.
Even if I don't stream or record anything, it just stutters frequently. The laggs end up being in the uploaded stream as well, of course.
I am attempting to to stream games on my PS4 via Elgato, but even the Home Menu stutters already.
Even if my CPU and Ram is not over 50% workload..
Of course I tested many different settings. It laggs on 10FPS. Or with a 900 Bitratre as well. It does not seem like 900 or 2500 bitrate matters at all.
I only have two CPU cores, so I thought that might be the cause. Even though I successfully streamed PS4 games before.
I added a log after using the Auto-Config Wizard tool in OBS. The problem is still there, but maybe someone can find something unusual.
It's not just an OBS problem, either. I have the same problem with another broadcast software, so the problem is indeed on my part somewhere.
But I just can't figure out what it is ._.
Thank you for taking your time.
