elgato audio

So I got an Elgato, using it with stream labs. I set up my headset with a chat link to get audio through, I go to stream and the sound is not coming through the stream, on the streamlabs page it does show the sound coming through but it won't actually play the sound, any ideas?

I have been trying to fix this Elgato issue for a while now. When I try to stream there is no sound coming from my elgato, I actually went as far as wiping my PC and that worked for a day but now its not working again. I will leave my log file, any help would be much appreciated, thank you...
